Each Aumbray piece is carefully packed in a soft muslin pouch. We recommend storing your jewellery in the same pouch when not in use, as this helps protect it from dust, moisture, and oxidisation.

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, deodorants, and harsh chemicals
• Always wear your jewellery after applying makeup
• Gently wipe the piece with a soft cloth after every wear to remove oils and residue
• Store each piece separately to prevent scratches and tangling

With a little care, your jewellery will stay beautiful and last longer.

If the product is in ready stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours. For all made-to-order pieces, we aim to dispatch within the earliest possible timeline and will keep the customer informed throughout.

To initiate a return, please email us within 3 working days (ombrejewels17@gmail.com) along with your order id & reason of return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days. We only accept returns if:

• The product(s) delivered differ from the one ordered.
• The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt. 
• (Unboxing video is mandatory)
