Each Aumbray piece is carefully packed in a soft muslin pouch. We recommend storing your jewellery in the same pouch when not in use, as this helps protect it from dust, moisture, and oxidisation.

If the product is in ready stock, it will be shipped within 24 hours. For all made-to-order pieces, we aim to dispatch within the earliest possible timeline and will keep the customer informed throughout.

- The product(s) delivered differ from the one ordered.
- The product(s) delivered are damaged upon receipt.
